Welcome, I'm Stacey and I’m so glad that you are here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if life has felt heavy, confusing, or overwhelming lately. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, healing from trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone.

My path to becoming a therapist was both personal and intentional; as mental health is my second career. I spent many years working in the field of education while raising my two daughters. As they grew older, I returned to school to pursue my longstanding passion for counseling. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling from St. Xavier University in 2014, and since then I’ve been honored to support individuals on their paths to healing and growth.

Today, I’m a licensed mental health professional with over a decade of experience working with adults across Illinois, Indiana, and Arizona through virtual therapy. I create a warm, supportive space where you can show up just as you are without fear of judgment.

I specialize in working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I am especially passionate about supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, and the complexities of parenting or caregiving. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment where every client feels seen, heard, and respected.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and overthinking, EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and PTSD, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for deeper emotional healing and self-awareness. I also incorporate STEP parenting strategies when working with caregivers.

At the heart of my work are the values of compassion and empowerment. I believe therapy should be a place not only for healing but also for reconnecting with your inner strength and discovering what’s possible moving forward.

I accept most major insurance plans and offer sliding scale options to make therapy more accessible. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.

"Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life."
