Couples therapy that will strengthen bonds & restore relationships

Whether you’re healing from challenges or wanting to grow closer, couples counseling can help you reconnect and thrive together.

You May Benefit from Couples Counseling If…

  • You and your partner have frequent arguments or unresolved conflicts

  • You feel emotionally distant or disconnected from each other

  • Trust has been broken and you want to rebuild it

  • Intimacy or affection has declined

  • You’re facing big life decisions and struggling to get on the same page

  • Stress from parenting, finances, or outside pressures is straining your relationship

Ready to have a healthy & happy relationship?

Skills You’ll Build Together:

  • Better communication—learning to listen, express needs, and understand one another

  • Conflict resolution—addressing issues without escalation or shutdown

  • Emotional intimacy—rebuilding closeness and affection

  • Shared goals—creating a vision for your future as a team

The goal isn’t to determine who’s “right” or “wrong,” but to help both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.

I draw from two proven approaches: the Gottman Method and Attachment-Based Couples Therapy to help couples strengthen their bond. The Gottman Method offers practical tools to improve communication, deepen friendship, and rebuild trust. Attachment-Based work helps partners understand and respond to each other’s emotional needs, creating a sense of safety, closeness, and connection. Together, these approaches support lasting change and a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
