If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to handle certain challenges, therapy can offer support, new perspectives, and tools to help you move forward. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come to therapy simply because they want to feel more balanced, fulfilled, and connected.
-
In our first meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll also share a bit about how I work so you can decide if it feels like a good fit.
-
Most people start with weekly sessions to build momentum and a strong foundation. Over time, we may move to every other week or a schedule that works best for your needs. We’ll decide together what feels most supportive for you.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people find a few months of therapy is enough, while others choose to continue for a year or more. It depends on your goals, life circumstances, and how deep you’d like to go in your healing and growth.

My fee is $140 for individual sessions and $165 for couples sessions. If you have insurance, your cost may be lower depending on your plan’s coverage. I also offer a sliding scale option for those paying out of pocket, because I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. We can talk through payment options together so you feel comfortable before we get started.
-
Yes, I do. I accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Cigna, Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as a few other insurance plans. If you’re paying out of pocket, I also offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible. I’m happy to walk you through checking your benefits so you’ll know exactly what to expect before we get started.

I currently offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual appointments that you can join from the comfort of your own home. In-person sessions will be available soon for Arizona residents only. I’m excited to welcome clients into a warm and cozy office space when that begins.
-
Yes. I understand that life happens, but appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to a $75 fee. This helps me reserve time in my schedule for clients who need it and keep sessions available for those on my waitlist.
